Is the Ramla Bay Resort currently closed?

In view of the current situation regarding Covid-19 virus, new legal notices issued by the Government of Malta relating to the same Covid-19, flight cancellations and most importantly to play a part and doing our utmost to stop the spread of the virus,  please note that we have no other option than to close the Resort as soon as the last inhouse guests check out.

 

Ramla Bay Resort will be closed and will not accept any arrivals till the 3rd of May 2020 (included).  This date is subject to change according to the prevailing situation.

Are you taking new bookings?

At the moment we are taking new bookings from May onwards, however we ask you to monitor the situation closely

Gift Voucher Valid until end of April

It is our normal policy and procedure to extend gift vouchers, so extending the expiry date shown on the voucher is not an issue.

Kindly note that our voucher / accommodation prices change by month and season, so when you are ready to book and redeem your voucher, please let us know and should there be any difference in price we will quote the difference accordingly.

 

For vouchers which were valid between January 2020 and April 2020, it would be possible to redeem between November 2020 and April 2021 (excluding Festive season), without incurring charge.

Can one postpone the booking or cancel and get a refund?

If your booking has been made directly with the Resort via email or via Resort website www.ramlabayresort.com, please contact us and we shall help with all the options

Are the restaurants open? Is Sunday Lunch available?

Due to the legal notice issued by the Government of Malta, all our Restaurants and Bars are currently closed until further notice.

Are the Pools, Gym and Spa open?

Due to the legal notice issued by the Government of Malta, all our indoor and outdoor pools as well as the fitness room and Spa are currently closed until further notice.

In the meantime please follow the instructions issued by your Government and Health Authorities. We sincerely hope that we will be able to welcome you at the Ramla Bay Resort as soon as possible. We thank you for all your support and pray that you will all remain healthy and safe.
