Do you have expired gift voucher?

It is our normal policy and procedure to extend gift vouchers, so extending the expiry date shown on the voucher is not an issue.

Kindly note that our voucher / accommodation prices change by month and season, so when you are ready to book and redeem your voucher, please let us know and should there be any difference in price we will quote the difference accordingly.

What are the options for postponing accommodation booked?

Are the restaurants open? Is Sunday Lunch available?

Our Outlets are operating under guidelines issued by the Malta Health authorities.

Are the Pools, Gym and Spa open?

Our pools as well as Carisma Spa are operating under the guidelines issued by the Malta Health Authorities.

Is the buffet available?

Buffet is: ”Fully assisted and unlimited”

Due to restrictions imposed by the local health authorities, we would like to notify you of the following changes:

  • The Kids’ club unfortunately is not available.
  • Some Food & Beverage Outlets may be closed due to restrictions.
  • Entertainment and Animation will be available, however these are also subject to restrictions.

In order to keep our guests and staff as safe as we possibly can, we have implemented the following measures:

  • Increased cleaning and regular disinfection of public areas, both indoor and outdoor using appropriate medical grade cleaning and disinfecting agents.
  • Installation of protective glass in the hotel reception area and bars as well as floor markings to encourage distancing.
  • Minimum distancing of 2 meters between tables at our Restaurants.
  • Reduced capacities in all our outlets (both indoor and outdoor), as well as pool areas and beach.
  • Where required, our staff will be wearing masks or visors.
  • Frequent signage is in place, reminding guests to wash their hands regularly and as often as possible, and to maintain social distancing.
  • Hand sanitizing gel dispensers have been installed around the Resort for guests and staff to use.
  • 60ml bottle of sanitizing gel will be available in each room free of charge.
  • Guests can inform reception if they do not wish our housekeeping team to enter their room.
  • We are asking guests to keep the same sunbed at the beach or by the pool. All sunbeds are sprayed and disinfected after use.
  • Beach towels will now be collected from the SPA, and the guests can ask for a replacement .                                                                        (NO CHARGES APPLY FOR CHANGING THE BEACH TOWEL TO A FRESH ONE).
  • Where possible, rooms will be not be allocated for arrivals on the same day departing guests vacate the room.
  • The use of masks is obligatory in all closed public spaces from 08:00 am on Wednesday 18th August 2020
  • Face Masks are obligatory in all indoor public areas including restaurants.  Please bring your own mask, however masks are available from the entrance of all outlets.  Charge of € 1 per mask applies

As added value for all our guests till the end of August 2020, we are offering an hour of paddle boats (pedaloes) or canoes to all our guests. Special discounts at our 5 star Padi on site scuba diving school for our guests.

The measures will be updated according to guidelines and instructions which are issued by the health authorities.
