Your stay begins with a thoughtfully prepared dog‑friendly room stocked with a cosy bed, bowls, a bathrobe, and a welcome treat to ensure your companion feels at home from the moment you arrive. Dogs are permitted in designated indoor areas, outdoor terraces, and approved walking routes, offering plenty of space to explore together while respecting the comfort of all resort guests. For hygiene and safety, dogs may not enter the spa, fitness and pool areas, turf and cultivated gardens, or buffet restaurants, and they must remain on a leash and under your supervision at all times. Dining with your dog is effortless, as breakfast and dinner are served in Bnin, our dedicated pet‑friendly venue.

Owners can enjoy the selection from the nearby Terramar buffet, but dogs are not allowed inside the buffet restaurant or near the counters; you may collect your food while your dog remains in Bnin or opt for plated service when Terramar is closed. Throughout your stay, we ask that you remain contactable, clean up after your dog promptly, and ensure they do not disturb other guests. Housekeeping will service rooms only when dogs are not present or securely supervised, and a €100 pre‑authorisation deposit is held on arrival to cover any required deep cleaning or damages.
