Pool Towel Information

Welcome to Ramla Bay Resort’s Pool Towel Service

To ensure every guest has access to fresh towels throughout the day, we kindly ask you to follow the guidelines below.

How the Pool Towel Service Works

Step 1
Present your towel card at the designated Pool Towel Station.

Step 2
Exchange your towel card for one pool towel.

Step 3
Enjoy your day by the pool or beach.

Step 4
Before leaving, return your towel to the Pool Towel Station and collect your towel card.

Need a Fresh Towel?

If you would like a fresh towel during your stay by the pool, simply return your used towel to the Pool Towel Station and exchange it for a clean one.

Towel Deposit

Each towel card represents one pool towel.

A charge of €15.00 per towel will apply if a towel is not returned before departure or if the towel card is lost and cannot be exchanged.

One Towel Per Guest

Each registered guest receives one towel card.

Only one towel may be issued for each towel card presented.

Sunbed Courtesy

To help all guests enjoy the pool area:

  • Please do not reserve sunbeds with towels.
  • Unattended towels may be removed after the resort’s designated reservation period.
  • Personal belongings will be handled with care and placed in a safe location if necessary.

Caring for Our Towels

Our pool towels are provided for use within the resort’s pool and beach areas.

Please help us keep them in excellent condition by avoiding unnecessary damage or loss.
