The Ramla Bay Resort is nearing the completion of its exciting redevelopment project, marking the beginning of a new era of hospitality along Malta’s northern coastline. All cranes have now been removed from the site, and the new main entrance is complete and will soon be ready to welcome guests in a seamless and welcoming arrival experience.
In the coming weeks, new public areas will be unveiled — including a contemporary lobby and lounge bar, as well as a new restaurant that will complement the resort’s existing dining options. These additions have been designed to enhance comfort, style, and the overall guest experience.
The project is now in its final phase, with the focus shifting on towards the beachside landscaping. Every effort is being made to minimise guest disruption while ensuring the resort’s facilities continue to meet the highest standards of safety and comfort.
As part of our ongoing sustainability commitment, Ramla Bay Resort remains dedicated to protecting the surrounding environment and preserving the natural beauty of our coastline. Our eco-conscious practices include the seasonal clearing of naturally occurring seaweed in line with local environmental guidelines — helping maintain a healthy marine ecosystem while keeping our beach inviting for all to enjoy.

Seasonal Beach Maintenance & Sustainability
At Ramla Bay Resort, we are committed to preserving the natural beauty of our coastline while ensuring a comfortable experience for our guests. In line with local environmental guidelines and our sustainability practices, naturally occurring seaweed washed ashore is typically cleared in late spring. This responsible approach helps maintain the delicate marine ecosystem while keeping our beach clean and inviting for the summer season.
Additionally, our outdoor facilities are available from April until October and are subject to weather conditions, ensuring the best possible experience for our guests.
